Aetna Announces 2012 Annual Meeting Will Be Held May 18 in Nashville, Tennessee

HARTFORD, Conn., February 07, 2012 — Aetna’s (NYSE: AET) annual meeting of shareholders will occur on Friday, May 18, 2012.  The annual meeting will be held at 9:30 a.m. Central Time at Gaylord Opryland Hotel & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn.  The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the annual meeting will be the close of business on March 16, 2012.
