HARTFORD, Conn., January 06, 2012 — Aetna (NYSE: AET) today announced that its fourth-quarter and full-year 2011 results will be made public on Wednesday, February 1 at 6 a.m. ET. Aetna also will host a conference call, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET on that day.
